For multiple VTS, try creating a playlist. For the second VTS movie(s), put
them in the playlist (either the same one or separate, as desired).
You should be able to then link to that from the VMG menu, or indeed any
menu in VTS1!
To return back to previous menus at the end, use a "last menu return" object

I'm going with the wrong disc-type. Try *DVD+RW*. You might even have to
use *DVD+R *"write-once" discs and lose the re-writable advantage. But
I'm almost sure changing from 'minus' discs to 'plus' discs is the
answer, as the '+' format is compatible with many more standalone
players compared to the 'minus' format.

read the system requirements on the packaging of the burner you have in
mind, but basically the answer is that just about any burner will work
on any modern PC or laptop. The speed of the processor and the amount of
RAM, however, will determine what you can actually do with that burner,
or how you have to do it to avoid write-errors.
