Sites with regular flash videos get stored in the browser cache's folder.
Youtube is not like this, were do I find the dowloaded flash files?

YouTube stores videos in my browser's (Mozilla) cache folder under an
alphabet soup name. You can generally tell which file it is by the size
and creation time. If you rename it to ***.flv you can save it and play it
with an flv player.
